This was what tf I waited 4 years for??!! I turned the shyt off after it was 40 mins in and there were no Michael kills/bodies. I didn’t bother watching the whole movie.

I know… I know - I don’t even want to discuss considering the absolute disdain that I have for this latest movie whose name I won’t mention.
I only watched 40 minutes and turned it off, threw my phone across the room just bc it was the closest thing to me and to close out my emotional outburst of anger, I contemplated trashing the tv but it was too heavy to lift off the wall and I just had my nails done, so I fell back.
Worst dub end to a franchise, even worse than that Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 - anyone associated with Halloween ends needs to delete themselves from society.
They turned Mike into a gotdamnnnn parody. And had that nerd cac Societal reject running like he was on hots??!! Oh nahhh
There’s an underlying win that I take from all of this though - Rob Zombie needs that Head of the Halloween remake pedestal- anything after RZ’s Halloween 2007 was a certified flop for all intents and purposes. I’m saying what I’m saying.

There was zero continuity from Halloween Ends. That need to go ahead and dump this, this needs a do-over asap - they owe us a quality remake. End of story.

Horror movies using little kids as gore bait is a very played out trope - 6 years ago normal horror movies will use it as an offscreen moment or let the audience imply, because the thought alone is unsettling as it is. Recently it’s been more direct. It’s a lazy writing and production move. I hate this movie more than I hate anything released the entire year. Top 5 worst movie of the decade .
