I'll be honest with you, I'd ask somebody literally born and raised there or at least raised long enough there to know the small intricacies if I were you. Its a big difference between myself who was born here and the ones born over there. If I were you, I'd find some cheap condos and buy em up. Furnish them, and then rent them to oil money having Arabs that come there for sex tourism. If you get to know people in those areas good enough you can coordinate with them and cake off. I don't know world you live on but just because they are light skin or have lighter skin doesn't mean they are mixed. I've met many in my travels light skin West Africans with no mix at all. I've met light skin Nigerians.
