500lbs?True. I have heard lifting double your body weight is a true show of strength
You're 125 lbs breh?
How?
@portcityplaya might even be heavier than you, and that boi is down to earth![]()
Let's say a natty who's been working out consistently for a year.
My cousin brags all day about benching 75kg, I wanna tell him to STFU but since I'm
I let him cook
This is true. Your strongest muscle group will become apparent soon after a few months. I remember at my gym I was putting up deadlift squat and overhead press numbers most dudes bigger than me wouldnt try. Yet those same dudes easily benched way more than i could. I learnt that its cause my legs are my strongest muscle group so lifts that allowed me to use my legs were easierThere's no magic number. Most people have certain lifts they'll be better at than others. The breh benching 150 kg probably hit 75 kg the first time he lifted at age 12. My bench always progressed fast but I could never get pass 100 kg without gaining a lot of mass. Some dudes can be super lean and lift crazy numbers
500lbs?
Bro who doing that regularly?![]()

That's why I said true/ultimate show of strenght. Although majority of the people doing that regularly are either professional athlete with freak genetics or steroid heads
you dudes need to come up off these threads, post your biceps, post your arms, chest, lest see brolicness.
i forgot the weight im benching since i stopped going to the gym late last year but ever since i have maintained a small work out routine, which includes. 50 knuckle push ups minimum a day. it helps, i think i got some steady arms especially forearms like popeye forearms.
What do you mean? Are you super stiff and immobile or something? That big swole shyt isn’t really good for your heart, flexibility and cardio.Depends on what you want your body to look like.
I went OD heavy on lifting weights in my 20s; now, in my 30s, aesthetically, i regret that shyt.
