I was gonna ask a question like this. How old are you now? I should be able to hit 180-225 in 6 months at age 26-27 right? I know it’s not 19 but it’s peak physical manhood capacity and capabilities. I just wanna how fast I can put on some massat 19 I was benching 225lbs after 6 months of lifting, and started out weighing 140lbs and was weighing 180-185lbs after 6 months. Take that how you may
