Morning (Chest):
Barbell Bench Press: 10 Sets, ? Reps (Can't Remember)
Cable Flys: 10 Sets, 300 Reps

Muay Thai: 1 Hour

Evening(Chest):
Dumbbell Bench Press: 6 Sets, ? Reps (Failure Sets)
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 5 Sets, ? Reps (Failure Sets)
Chest Press: 7 Sets, ? Reps (Failure Sets)
Machine Rows: 7 Sets, ? Reps (Failure Sets)

- Diet was on point today, workouts suffered though.

Killed back, decided not to do deads this week, done a lot of the row machines, some of the pumps you get.

Upped my HIIT on treadmill, was literally sprinting HARD for a minute, its mad when you go down to a lower speed its like your walking lol, done 15 mins of that, wanna aim for 20.

Joined Anytime Fitness yesterday. They have a couple power cages and one Smith machine as well. I decided to do Anytime and Planet Fitness and the total cost per month is $43 where the YMCA cost $47 alone. With the power cage I can do all the stuff Planet Fitness doesn't allow. PF is mainly for cardio.

switching from treadmill to the cybex 750A arc trainer ......less stress on the joints and legs and you can get up serious cardio bpm.... been looking at the machines for six months and decided to try it yesterday for 30 mins. did 60 mins. tonite on my rest day and my shirt was soaking wet.....

Both my gyms have this but I've never bothered with it. I stick to the normal elliptical and the treadmill.

I ran three 1 mile runs on the treadmill at 7 MPH. Each mile was completed in 8 minutes 39 seconds. So for me, that was more than just a jog.

Hex bar deficit deads 10x10 325lbs

EDIT: :lupe: ya know these are more like hack squats. Hex bar hack squats sounds better cause my quads be erect as fukk when I do these. And it's not much of a hip hinge that moves the weight.
