i already read the book, and the whole book is premised on the notion that the europeans were more advanced than africans and native americans and then it proceeds to explain how that came to be

the pyramids are 7000 years old, the technology and the know how on how to build them had been lost even before the greeks conquered egypt, you can't use 7000 year old technology to explain or understand what was occurring 500 years ago

So ships with animals, arts, technology being sent to China right before Euro came to Africa.... and more recent Nigerians trading mid east technology and culture.... allows you to conclude that knowledge in Africa was lost over the years.

Word on the COLI HL streets is that they didn't have ships................. and didn't even communicate about technology with language.

I would say Africans were people who lived in Africa. idk, unless a native to Portugal in the 1400's could also be considered African.
