1. The Brood rights are most likely with Fox since they were first a X-Man enemy.
2. Once again, Fox, because WARLOCK IS A fukkING XMAN. Do you even know who these people are?
3. That's Annihilus. I mean, he's mostly humanoid looking so I don't even think that helps your argument. And he's one of the biggest bad guys in the cosmic universe. He had fukking Thanos shook and working for him and was draining goddamn Galactus's power like he was a battery. He rules the entire Negative Zone. If GOTG does well, I think you'd expect to see him as the lead baddie in a sequel or what not. He's not someone they'd just throw in there. Annihilation is probably my favorite cosmic story and its a huge fukking event. They'd have to cover all sorts of shyt and the Negative Zone then introduce Richard Rider and the Kree and Skrulls and thered be so many fukking people running around you wouldn't know wtf is going on. Oh wait you already don't.
4. You're asking me why Beta Ray Bill, a character who is dressed like Thor and on the cover of a Thor comic isn't a major character and introduced in this movie?

My point isn't that they should introduce those exact characters, my point is that the Marvel Cosmos is filled with strange creatures but nearly all the footage we've seen of GotG only show us humans, humans in make-up and humans in more make-up. It just comes across as cheap as fukk.

Showing some diversity in the aliens and showing everything ain't the same thing, breh. Look at the scene in the prison. It's literally just a variation of humans in the background. You'd think a space prison especially would be filled with all kinds of weird creatures. You can call it a minor complaint or a non-issue, but it is my opinion that it makes the movie look cheap.

what if a humanoid type body structure is best for being able to intelligently manipulate their environment and thus gain space travel in the first place? just because a scifi flick doesn't fit in with what you think the universe or aliens would like doesn't mean shyt about whether or not its going to be a good movie, you're just complaining to complain at this point

I made a comment that I thought it looked a bit cheap, which is a minor complaint based on the footage I've seen so far. Nowhere have I stated this means the movie will be trash, or that I'm writing it off. I just spoke on something I noticed, as we all tend to do from time to time.
Early reviews from the red carpet event last night are saying the movie is great:
