Forgot to say Ballas are actually based off crips

Rollin Heights Ballas = Rollin 20s-60s Crips

They also throw up "C's" in game, in real life there is a crip set named Grape St Crips.

Yea so its doubtful we'll see them in Vice City as Crips are not big in Southern Florida as far as I can tell. I can see the Spanish Lords returning as Latin Kings are DEEP in Southern Florida from what I am reading.

I'm just saying since the HD universe R* have been going with realism when it comes to gangs. Doubt we will see LS gangs in VC however I can be wrong. But they were VERY accurate in IV and very accurate in V so why change?

I had liberty city and vice city stories for the ps2/psp back in the day. They are both cool lil games especially if you’re familiar with that era’s storylines.
