I also had vsync on and was using over 7gb of vram (and the 40s dips only happened in one particular place). I think the game will actually run better at 3K or 6K, when I test it tomorrow. My cards were only using like 30% too. The titan xs aren't meant to be run at such low resolutions. I'll report back tomorrow.I had all three AAs on. Your benchmarks don't have any on. And there are dips into the 20s there, so...
I hope nothing is wrong with my system. I'll do testing tomorrow at higher resolutions. Hopefully it's not the z97 pcie 3 8 x 8 issue I was worried about.

Everything high except Textures (Very High) and I got the Extended Distance at 1 notch.
man you can play this at 1080p 45+Fps on high/very high.

Probably got to tweak the settings. It's annoying to do cause the game has to restart most of the time you change something

Nah actually there are very big differences.
For one, there is a new rockstar editor/director mode where you can use any character from the main game and go anywhere, be invincible and record gameplay and then edit in the rockstar editor online.
Then you also have improved performance thanks to the uncapped framerate giving those powerful enough(Though not even that powerful) 60fps+.
You also have KB/M support, custom radio to play your own tracks off your HD while driving and best of all MOD supports which will bring all new stuff to the game.
