The same way Jax had just confessed to a bunch of federal crimes, including gun trafficking, had 24 hours left of freedom before going to jail, is found laying next to his dead wife and a dead sheriff and is released from jail 10 days later, with no mention of the crimes he had confessed to that was gonna have him in jail for years.
lol dude was in jail for like a week if tara's funeral was just two days prior, doesn't even want to see his kids.

The gangs are cool for a few episodes, Tig kills someone, blacks are blamed, a bunch of nobodies die, everyone hates the Sons, Jax asks for more time, he comes up with a plan, takes out the leader of another gang, re-negotiate the splits and they're cool again.

In the past few years, the assistant sheriff, the new sheriff's wife, the new sherif and a federal agent has been killed in the town.
Not to mention a school shooting, and a terrorist attack. And you got the fukkin army patrolling the streets of ferguson
