Hell yeah breh, the Akorn is legit. I had to get the Jr. model too. Haven't used it much yet but so impressed by the Akorn I had to cop for portability/the lake and whatnot

was going to crank up the smoker yesterday
started raining and was like 50 degrees

still wanted them ribs, so i threw them in the instant pot
they were still fire though


Rain don't mean nothing.

Grills and smokers are year round outside tools.

With wind chill it was like 30 below when I cooked my tomahawk. On one of those crazy ass cold days. If it's raining or starts to rain I'll let the smoker go too. It ain't no thing. I routinely do a Christmas or new years brisket.

You gotta get it while the gettin is good.

If I could eat nothing but grilled fish for the rest of my I'd easily do it.

Hands down.

Cedar plank salmon is like intro 101 to grilled fish, it's fire. But when you get to the upper class shyt.....it's not even fair. I'm land locked and get get good fresh fish year round. If I lived in an area where that wasn't a problem. I'd do it.

Marinating some shyt steaks now.

It's EBT Sunday so all the stores in my area are out of the good shyt. But I found some edible ribeyes. A chunk of fat has already separated from the rest of the steak, just chillin in the marinade. Damn meat glue. It is what it is though.

My plan was to do burgers but for some reason I was like fukk it and decided to hunt for some steaks to throw on.
