Looks good. I may start using less charcoal when i make my ribs. They end up finishing to fast. and i have to put em in the stove to make sure they re done. I could damn sure use a few for lunch tomorrow.

Do you tier your coals or use the pyramid stack ? If not that could help with the cooking . Get your coals up hot , get your char and then switch to less direct heat . Gotta check on them hoes periodically even after you switch . Theyll need repositioning .

Did a pork butt last weekend, could have gone a little longer in the smoke but made for some good sandwiches all in all.

Man last 2 slabs of beef ribs I got were skimpy as fukk...:martin:

But I cant do pork anymo :mjgrin:
fukking price on them beef back ribs are ridiculous out here. 3.99/lb and barely got any meat on them things. Now I only do them if I buy a whole rib roast and cut the ribeye from the bones
