A few months ago, I bought a Weber Deluxe Performer grill and I absolutely love it! I can fire up my coals using a push button fueled by propane or use a chimney or do not the old school way. I have used the chimney method so far..

But, what I really love about my grill is all the accessories one can buy for it. I bought an electric rotisserie, an Arteflame griddle which is a definite game changer, a rib-o-rator which is an accessory for my rotisserie where it acts as a ferris wheel for ribs, veggies and any other type of meat and a pizza grate accessory which turns my grill into s pizza oven.

I even bought a slow and sear which is a big coal basket and a drip pan where I can cook food CIA indirect heat as well as a vortex (shaped like a volcano) for my coals which does the same as the slow and sear.

Cooked on it a few times so far and my food came out very good!

I also own a custom made barrel grill w/ diamond cut grill, but it is too big for just one person. I will use that if I have a lot of company and need to cook a lot of meat, veggies, seafood, etc.

I may use the rib-o-rator the next time I grill. Definitely a worth while investment for my grilling needs!!

How long do y'all think lighter fluid burns for? :mjlol:

If you let your coals ash over before you start cooking, the fluid has burned off by then..

Its the same method with lump coal as well..
