You hang your meats on hooks, it cooks above the heat, drippings causes smoke and adds flavor. It cooks quicker than the offset smoker that I used to have, I don't have to fukk with adding wood or monitoring the heat like my offset and it taste a lot better. Best $300 investment I've ever made. It's like a cheat mode smoker

That cut def speaks to the tenderness. Doesn’t look frayed/jagged on the edges like they had to vigorously “sawed” to complete the slice.

I do my best. My chuck was tender but i used the wrong knife so u can see the pieces of meat that were fraying off. Truth be told my wife used to cut up my ribs and they were looking just like that. I finally just was like fukk it and started doing it myself. She wouldn't mind tho.

They actually are.

If those are too expensive, consider:

Only 750 at Loews.

Again, this style of grill is key. Makes ALL barbeque better. Keeps meat MOIST. Even cooking. Uses NATURAL WOOD BRIQUETS. NO ARTIFICIAL CHARCOAL BULLshyt.

Again, Grill built for true grill masters.

Stick to gas if your scared.
Damn I can't wait to get one of these ceramic grills, will do so once my Akorn is on its last legs. But shyt, for those that don't wanna spend the coin or new to Kamado cooking, I'd highly recommend the akorn too. So efficient with lump (multiple cooks out of one load of coal), can do low and slow almost completely unmonitored, done 18 hour cooks easy with coal leftover, and gotten it 700f+ easily

Edit- pizzas and calzones on this mf here :ohlawd:

Yup Knives can make a difference even for tender cuts . I usually don’t grill enough ribs to slice like that, but if or when I do grill enough for a group besides just myself, I gotta make sure I use the right knife . Fux with that presentation shyt. Separates the men from the boys .:lolbron:

Man first time grilling with wood chunks..

Pecan:ohlawd:

Smoked a chuck roast..2.15 pounds for $9.

Smoked it a little hot..grill was 300 for about 3hrs before it started lowering and the roast hit a stall at about 150..

I smoked it about 5hours total before I finished it off in the pressure cooker :wow:

Also made some pork chops...smoked those low and slow for about 3hours then finished them in the pressure cooker as well.

I need to invest in better thermometers because the oven one I use for the grill isn't reliable.

Also need to work on my heat management.

I also have to invest in a hinge grill grate for my weber to make it easier to add more wood to the fire..

Also need to lay off the kingsford...heat goes too fast:patrice:

Yeah it's a rib machine. You can hang up to eight racks at the same time. I prefer my BBQ over the restaurants in my area. But I live in MD and not in a BBQ area like the Carolinas, KC, Memphis, etc. so our options aren't that great. My family, neighbors, and whoever has tried it has said it's good ass food.
