Where did the video come from? There's a few possibilities.
-Someone had a copy from Puff's team, and they have since fallen out
-Cassie's legal team/cassies team had a copy, that she had from their time together, and they leaked it. Hard to prove. Hard to go at cassie after her settlement and Puff's increasing legal peril. Remember, Cassie had likely a lot of evidence from phones, IPADS, that kind of thing.
-Someone directly involved in the hotel/purchase had a copy
-The feds, some junior level analyst,or para legal or something, don't think this is likely, but it's possible. The reason being is all that evidence has a very tight chain of custody. But it's possible.
those are the only possibilities I see.

Right. But other than tarnish his image/reputation even more, this video coming out has no legal ramifications for Diddy.
1. This happened nearly 10 years ago. No charges were filed.
2. Cassie didnt press charges then, and instead took civil action later.
3. What Diddy did in this video is dead ass wrong but domestic disputes like this happen every day.
