There are no legal charges due to statue of limitations but Stop being DENSE! THere was obviously an intent in leaking the video. It wasn't just some random loose end they forgot to tie up. And he already made a major payment to Cassie.

That tape is obviously going to be used in many future friviolous lawsuits against him. His advertising revenue source is GONE. The legal fees from this fall out have majorly affected his money and he will be outcasted. He's not getting off scott free from this tape just cuz he's not going to jail.
