Only white people can be racist against all other races. Other races like Asians, Arabs, and non-black Hispanics cannot be racist against white people or one another but they can be racist against black people because they would be acting as proxies for white supremacy.

Basically it breaks down like this:

White people = RACIST against EVERYONE
Asians/Arabs/non-black Hispanics = RACIST against only BLACKS (by being proxies of white supremacy)
Black people = RACIST against NOBODY

The whole “black people cant be racist, because racism isn’t prejudice + power” is a cop out and full of shyt.

Now, our personal brand of racism doesn’t come from the same place as other groups, it’s actually rooted in hatred for the systems in place that we can’t benefit from, which in turn develops into hatred for the people who do benefit from them, which means we don’t actually hate other races, just the circumstance and unfair situations.

In the current paradigm of WHITE SUPREMACY its impossible for any black person to be racist.

Just not liking someone has nothing to do with racism. Racism is a special creation of whites in the 1500s with the express purpose of subjugating non-white people across the globe. Black people because we were placed at the bottom of this newly created racial hierarchy cannot be racist against anyone. Whites since they are at the top can be racist against all other races. No. That is FALSE. Black people don't have the power to be racist. Racism is PREJUDICE + POWER. We can be prejudiced all we want but unless we have the power to act on that prejudice, it ain't racism.

You do know that individuals can have power right? A black person can have power over a white person. Do you think that white people have all the power? So if a black man has a black employee and a white employee working under him and treats the black employee better, then does that not fit your criteria?
