I ride my bike with my CPL. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do and and am in good shape and all that means nothing. Anyone can be a victim.

Those quiet neighborhoods got a weird vibe at night just because they are so quiet lol.

There is a walking trail in one of our parks that I used to be on point during the daytime. So many places along that trail where some idiot can jump out and snatch somebody. I really worry about the women who walk that trail. Not saying they can't defend themselves, but I still fear for their safety.
