Dude is most likely a cac or an asian:mjlol:. But with that being said, alot of comedians only go after soft looking targets. Some super gooned out looking cat isn't going to get roasted compared to some napoleon dynamite looking dude:manny:.

comedy shows not a really a good date night activity, and not just because of the comedians either.
My parents (in their 60s) told me a story of how they went to a chappelle show set, but they were like the oldest people there, and while they enjoyed the comedy, they said people in the audience were very rude to them apparently, treat them like they weren't welcome because they old or something, they ended up leaving.
That combined with drunk hecklers ruining the show for you, it comes off as more of a thing you do with the fella's where you all can be on that same type of energy, rather then try to make it a romantic evening with your lady.
Imo taking your girl to a comedy club is like taking her to a strip club, leave her ass at home, and take your homeboys instead.

Seen it with my own eyes during my first comedy show. Guy was mad happy with his girl, engaged and everything. I was also sitting I'm front row next to this couple with my girl at the time.

Comic completely destroyed and attacked every insecurity possible. They went from being happy go lucky to his girl playing with her engagement ring , rolling it around her finger looking pissed off. They eventually left and homeboy look defeated.

She set him up!

4 dates and no p*ssy = friend zone

4th date isn’t intimate - it’s a damn comedy club lol.

5th date would have likely also been something where he was the clear beta in the room.

Doesn’t reply to his text

Also, don’t ever sit close to the stage at a comedy show unless you can handle getting roasted. He was trying to impress her and it backfired.

That California Lifestyle ...
This is why you never sit in the front at Comedy shows.

Exactly .. I went to a comedy show w/ a chick recently and she was like lets sit in the front !

I was like nah :scust:

But then the chick promoter was telling everyone in the crowd to move up to the first few rows because they were filming .. and wanted to make it look full

It was lo key dead in there and not many ppl

So I was like bet .. Im gonna go smoke though in a minute . So its gonna be an empty seat anyway if they shoot this way :yeshrug:

So I stayed for the first comedian who was an unfunny cac .. but toward the end of his set . I dipped out to smoke

So when I came back it was a brother from the bay on stage so I tried to stick with him but he was lo key dry af too .. He made a couple of comments towards me but mainly he was just asking stuff like .. " Amirite breh ?? "

giphy.gif

So later on the chick was telling me , while I was gone that the dude was trying to hit on her from the stage and making jokes about why she's there alone ? :takedat:

Then she said that the first cac comedian came up to him on stage and was like :whoa:..

" Hey yo I seen her dude .. he's here . And he's HUGE " :hubie:

She said after that the black comedian chilled :snoop: ..

And thats why he was trying to interact and be cool w/ me when I sat back down :heh:

Comedians that attack audience members are cruel and going after low hanging fruit.

The way you engage the audience is the way Patrice O’Neal did it. Where you use them as part of a broader bit and you’re not really attacking them directly.

RIP Patrice.
