How it turn out
Anybody familiar with KLLM? I went to a job fair yesterday and they reeled me in. Never once thought about truck driving but it sounded too good to be true. 22 days training for my CDL-A then 1 year on with them. The training is free but I guess it's in exchange or taken out of that 1st year

I heard of them. They don't really have that much negative reviews, so I would do it. You can make great money in trucking. About 40-45k your first year
How time consuming is the job? I don't wanna make this my life career. I'm thinking maybe 5 years to a decade to stack some money up and start building/running some businesses on the side.

If you wanna do this for 5-10 years, then this is a perfect job for you. One of the best ways to stack up money. There's so much ways to make money with it
What I like the most is Tanker Trucking. Hauling Gasoline, Propane, Chemicals, Food Oil, Liquid Chocolate, Diesel, etc. There is big money in it, making like 80-90k, and more than that if you're dedicated to it
If you're really serious about business, then you can become an Owner Operator
I passed my CDL writtens so now I have a CLP. So relieved because this is the first thing I've accomplished in MONTHS. Life has been one big L and I talking about Cool J. I'm very grateful to those who believed in me.

These past couple weeks been going like shyt. Having tons of trouble getting out on time. Snow these last couple days had the roads fukked on my route. Nebraska was horrible a couple days ago. Rollovers everywhere. Chaining up, unchaining, sitting around lying about chaining and getting paid for it. I'm ready to go the fukk home

I'm considering changing jobs already. Maybe not immediately, but I'm considering doing something else. This money is good but I know there's more out here.
Do any of you work as expediters? If so, what kind of vehicles are your running? I know this is a Class A thread, but it can be done with lower class vehicles and the money seems to be similar.

I haven't taken the test yet... I've been really busy with my book and doing interviews and shyt I go soon tho so I gotta study... good thing is I just need the CDL C plus passenger endorsement...
Also I heard MTA just started hiring for bus drivers again so if you guys need a high bump in pay check into that...
I hate shifting so much. Particularly the double clutching. I'll be feeling like
