Young healthy Timmy would kill most of these scrubs playing PG today. NO DOUBT in my mind he;d at least be top 10 if not top 5. Okay maybe not top 5 but top 10 no doubt. If you dont agree with me you probably didnt see the man playWhere would he rank in today's NBA?
17/8 vs. 17/5 thats all I'm gonna say
Now you bout to go off on a tangent like I was shytting on TimmyYoung healthy Timmy would kill most of these scrubs playing PG today. NO DOUBT in my mind he;d at least be top 10 if not top 5. Okay maybe not top 5 but top 10 no doubt. If you dont agree with me you probably didnt see the man play
Also, to be fair i've always supported Dragic. Hell my suggestion for the season thread title was "You're a dragon. Be a dragon" using the Game Of Thrones reference in honor of Dragic being the MVP for his world championship run in Europe this past summer
I still say i need to see him perform in the playoffs to hand him that title as our best PG ever. I know Timmy had a more dominant team to work with but Dragic has more playmakers and finishers around him whereas Tikmmy's teams were more top-heavyNow you bout to go off on a tangent like I was shytting on Timmy
Yea he'd be top 10 in today's game (talking about his Heat career only), aint that where Dragic is too?
Accurate.Spo is a good coach. Not many coaches i'd pick over him in the league. Heat fans just hate him because he's very cerebral with everything he does and that doesnt always fall in line with what heat fans want. Spo likes to go with these deep rotations that gives everyone SOME playtime so that key players are fresh 4th quarter. Notice he always substitutes specific players out no matter what the score/situation is in the 2nd and 3rd quarters while putting others in giving maximum rest to those key players so they can come in and push at max capacity come mid-4th quarter.
But his problems are the following:
- He's stubborn and set in his ways. Heat fans will never accept it TBH.
- He's not a very good situational basketball coach in terms of lineup adjustments but he does okay if not very well at drawing plays for key baskets needed.
- He overthinks most things and tries to outsmart other coaches on some "reinvent the wheel" type shyt.
Every game is a tough game with the Heat. We lost by 100 the last time we played the NetsASide from the Bucks who we play twice in a 4 day stretch we don't have tough teams ahead for the next 5 games. We play
Milwaukee
Chicago
Milwaukee
Brooklyn
Charlotte
Houston
It'll still be tough tho because all except 1 of those games (MIL) are on the road
DJJ need more minutes he can be our Trevor Ariza
IDK if he can shoot but I love his defense and slashing ability
