Reemerge for a vacation probably. I doubt he comes back here as an assistant. He will probably be out of work for one or two years then get hired as a head coach somewhere else.
I'll admit i was always high on J-Rich but it's rare that you see a slump like this.J-Rich with another production outing

+11 in the +/- though. Tied for the highest +/- with James Johnson.
The main problem is that he's taking all these 3s and not driving to the basket as much. Not sure what's up with that. During his rookie and second season we all thought he was well worth that pick. Then we give him the fukking contract and then he falls flat on his face. I think Spoelstra is mainly playing him for his defense right now but
As i always said i dont like our offense much at all. When Whiteside is out it seems all we do is drive to the basket, get stuck UNDER the basket at a bad angle and kick it out to the 3pt shooters. This in turn gets us in a situation where whoever catches the ball at the 3 has to take the open shot because... thats the right play. We need to have some sets where we employ some aspects of the triangle with Whiteside and Olynyk

Posters in the offseason talking about Whiteside need to extend his game. Tonight is a shining example of why I said he needed to polish his post game, Love should've been barbecue chicken but he don't have any go to moves down there.
