NOW I NEVER KNEW CHICKEN COULD HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE

AND PEOPLE HAVE ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT FREEZING CHICKEN KEEPS IT GOOD FOREVER

Nah don't thaw it in the water you'll let the bacteria fester and likely get sick no matter how long you cook it.

Just let it thaw in the fridge for a couple days.
