This would be dope if they introduced more babies that survived the frieza attack... but as of now toriyama hasnt even brought it back up...or touched on it... why even make this huge big story arc of the babies and dont bring it up again???

Cause he was trying to compete with Araki and Takahashi. Toriyama is a fairly shortsighted creator and never really seemed to look at long term story telling or worldbuilding.

...but we do know what happened. Freiza saw the potential in the saiyan race, destroyed the planet after calling the saiyans back, and only saiayans that were off world survived...

Broly survived because he was the legendary super saiyan. I guess others could because this is a fictional story and you can just create characters like Tarble, but in canon so far that was it.

He, like any true Elite Saiyan warrior, was temporarily clouded by Saiyan pride. He already avenged his family and race however, had Frieza on his knees, and Frieza even offered to rebuild the entire Frieza force around Prince Vegeta, something he never would for a low level brute like Kakarot.

Vegeta really got 2 Ws there. Made Frieza literally bow down, got a job offer, and made his Saiyan subject, the son of Bardock, do his bidding.

Avenged? Frieza washed him already and Goku already beat him broken his pride and basically told him dude here is some energy, get off the planet and be better you bore me. All Vegeta did was demonstrate what team four star had cell tell him, “next time remember your place and do what the rest of them do and wait for goku.”

Vegeta has no memorable victories and got washed by recoome. Vegeta’s hair line works perfect for him because it mimics the letter that actually describes him best m for mediocre.
