The environments def look better than the 2018 game…I feel like it got the same graphics upgrade as Horizon. One thing i missed about the 2018 game was never being amongst civilization. GoW games always feel so isolated, now we get to see the actual people the gods rule over

When we talk about cross gen games being held back by older hardware, this is an example of it. Sony sacrificed it because it was always going to sell great. Slow boat rides to load in new locations due to the hdd of the PS4. Sparsely populated areas. Lowest common denominator is a console with weak jaguar cpu. The game will be piff but they doing my nikka Kratos dirty.

GOW 3 and Horizon 3 will be ps5 exclusives, people are really overreacting over games that obviously started development on the ps4.

Cautiously optimistic but truthfully gow didn't catch it's stride with me as fan until Corey started directing it. gow 1 and 3 were cool for there own reasons. But 2 and 4 really are what did it for me.... Especially 4


I'ma try and keep an open mind with this one but there are already things that kinda worry me personally.

Not really, we just usually expect more from a first party developer. Forza Horizon 5 is also an Xbox one game and nobody is copping pleas for the XSX version and it's graphics. That looked great even on the shytty stream Microsoft had. For a preeminent franchise, I expected more and looking around the internet, some others did too. It easily gave you a reason to buy the game. It's going to be amazing. It didn't give you a feeling of picking up the latest in hardware to play it though. I excuse everyone but Sony and Microsoft from this situation of cross development. They are the platform holders. Do better.
