And again, Cousins is on his rookie deal. You can just keep dude on a real cheap contract. See if he worth it or not. His 4th round rookie deal expires in 3 more seasons.

Are you serious?? People were sucking off Matt Flynn and Kevin Kolb when they were back ups. A lot of people thought they were going to be franchise qb's. There's a reason they got those big contracts. It's the exact same situation going on now with Cousins. He's a back up who comes in when the starter goes down and puts up big numbers.

If Rex stays, so does Sparano. He's the one that picked Tony to be the OC.

And even if Sparano does go, it wouldnt be those 2. Norv & Rex dont like each other, and Andy Reid will not take an OC job. He will have plenty of offers to be a HC.

Tannenbaum is done. But he wont be fired. He's going to get demoted, most likely to cap specialist. But he will still be with the organization, just like former GM Terry Bradway is.

Rex is the problem though, he is part of the holy trinity of shyt of Sanchez, Tannenbaum, Ryan.

Rex simply does not understand anything outside of defense, you see that again last night as he trots out Sanchez after 4 int's, 2 in the red-zone in the 4th quarter.

He has no balls and he has no brains. He's never going to win a championship so save yourself the time and move on from all 3, there is going to be a lot of talented coaches out there next year.

agreed. Maybe in the future but right now Rex is not a head coach, he's a defensive coordinator. He'll learn from this for his next stint, he's not a bad coach.
