Glad to see Marc Maron on TV again 
He did a great job with his character. I enjoyed this series more than OITNB.

Got through all 10 episode in 4 days. Already a wrestling fan and a dranedy fan so I guess it was a perfect show for me.
I'm surprised Ruth and Sam never smashed.
Also that scene where Debbie realizes wrestling is a soap opera was a very well done scene.

She was looking like Kristen Wiig at times.
I think it was the haircut. I seen some romcom with her in it and she was looking right (for a white girl) in it.

I watched the doc on netflix and see where certain characters come from ie. Machu pichu is mt. Fiji, the british girl fukkin the director is a deadon the brit wit the horse (idk names lol at the horse joke being real), brie is the russian, the old ladys are exactly from glow as well, welfare queen seems to be a reinagination of the voodoo priest lady, the paige look alike shewolf girl seems new or a reinagination of te crazy bytches, is liberty belle supposed to be tina ferrarri aka ivory from wwe, cherry (i think thats her name) seems to be a rapper version of justice, and the trash rock groupie girl is the hollywood chick from the show.
Ruth and Sam will happen in s2 I guess

really? I hated it. It was way too on the nose, maybe it was the actress's delivery that didn't help but something was off. There must have been a cleverer way to convey that

Yeah I guess they need more time to go by. At this point Sam knows about Debbie's husband and Ruth knows about Sam with Brittanica. I think they're also hinting at Ruth being great at behind the scenes work, I imagine she'll become integral to GLOW on and off screen.

The fact she was so stuck up at first and Machu called her out on it in the gym then about 3 hours later it hit her like a ton of bricks was good to me.
I'm a little bias though because I'd love to show those clips of Debbie in that episode to anyone who hates wrestling without ever really watching it.

That depends.
Most dramas nowadays have soap opera elements like Empire, Power, even Game of Thrones so it could still work.
