no he's not. He doesn't have a back to the basket game like Embiid. Embiid can do what he does but KP is not a true post player as of yet.

Nah, embiid doesn't have the handle kp does or the ability to float around the perimeter like kp. Most of embiids shots outside the paint are spot ups.
The reason embiids back to basket game is more viable than kps is that he weighs roughly 40 more pounds right now. Their footwork is on the same level embiid just has the body to power through kp just has the height to go over.
Being an effective mostly perimeter player at kps size takes a lot of skill.
If JoJo had the same exact touches from the same points on the court as kp. He's not getting the same ppg as kp....and if kp had the same touches as JoJo he wouldn't be as effective.
You ain't getting that many points in the post without being a physical beast.

All of jojos footwork is based off of him bullying earlier in the games and as the games progress...all those moves just has the defender on it's heels.
Lakers bigs had no idea how to approach him. You start trying to match his physicality...he racks up fouls on your front line and goes around you with his moves. Kp doesn't gave that luxury of just being too big. nikka is massive.

As an all around talent Joel > kp. Skill? Nah.

did you see the dream shake and euro step last night? I'm pretty sure Embiid can play a completely finesse game, he doesn't have to though because he has other skills. But more finesse does not equal more skilled. You just admitted KP was one dimensional but you're trying to say he's more skilled than the player with more dimensions lol.

jojo at kp weight/strength would not be eating like that
jojo is nice but not nice enough to live off finesse like kp
it's not a dissemination it's just how their attributes are currently set up

If embiid was as slender as KP he'd be even lighter on his feet than he already is. Dude is eurostepping and dream shaking with 50 more pounds, imagine what he'd do at a lighter weight. He'd be quicker, faster, and more explosive than KP.
