And what makes you think all movie critics are old white dudes, do you think Siskel & Ebert are the only ones writing movie reviews.

it's not a race thing, it's a fact.... 95% of these media reviewers are cacs aged 35 or above. Why would I base my movie going experience on what they think? Why should I give any sort of fukk about that? The only way I would care about what some Richard Roeper looking bytch says.... is if i was a cac

It's a fun action movie, breh, of course the critics aren't going to like it. I'm a lifetime Joe fan and I think they did well with this one. Blows the first one away and has me looking forward to the third. Played pretty well with the afternoon crowd I saw it with yesterday.
And you forgot to mention the audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes is 76%.

He's done, b. Gone about 15 minutes in. Can't stand that dude anyway, he was a terrible choice for Duke. Duke is my favorite Joe but if that means Tatum playing him, I'm glad he got killed off.
I'm getting off early to cop some new work shoes at the mall...and well, because these fukks are actually letting me go home early. Since the mall has a theater, Im'ma go watch this today while I'm there. Shyt better be at least on par or better than the first. I'll let yall know
Movie critics are usually good writers, educated on film theory, who have seen and continue to see many movies. If a collection of 200 of them hates something, it probably isn't good.
This is a GI Joe movie though, it was going to be dumb as shyt from the beginning and critics confirming that shouldn't change your outlook if you wanted to see it. More often than not you're going to like a movie you actually went to theater, paid for, and saw.

It was a big stupid movie but I enjoyed it. I didn't walk out of the theater feeling like my childhood memories had been raped like I felt with the first one (which incidentally is currently better reviewed on RT) so that was a plus.
Yea but you can't do that in a gi joe movie , the guy playing flint is a horrible actor
