ghosts being real would be one of the biggest events in humankind every country, every religion, every news channel, everybody would get involved. it would change everything.

the 80s weren't exactly the dark ages. people still had camcorders and cameras and shyt. and all of this was going down in new york city. people were gathered like new years eve watching the statue of liberty stroll through downtown there's no way the government is coming in after and erasing all that evidence.

You sound naive . First of all people doubt the moon landing and believe in flat earth theories yet you think they will automatically believe this is anymore than freaky stuff that had like ufo sightings? Also just because the gb say they are ghosts the movies don’t really go into heaven hell and religion etc . Not to mention it’s a movie !! I never get this logic thing people try to apply to movies where people routinely do unrealistic shyt

I may have posted this before, but the all womens ghostbusters not getting a sequel is almost criminal.
It was a cool movie on it's own merits, and had a great cast.

what? there's a reason that those types of people are laughed at.. it's because most people believe in the moon landing and that the world is round. people who don't believe in ghosts would be treated the same way
