just copped the game plus season pass for like $26. please tell me this is worth it and if it's appropriate for me to perform a come up shuffle

I find it very similar to a 4 player co-op Metal Gear Solid or Grand Theft Auto type game. (More leaning towards MGS although the games are not the same).
Like most of these games, they're better played co-op, but you can have fun in single player.
I wish metal gear phantom pain was set here. Hoejima blew it

You can play solo just fine.
I run solo a lot but the game is more fun co-op. The fully campaign is 4 player drop in/ drop out co-op
Kojima and Konami ruined what would have likely been the game of the gen.
That third chapter was supposed to be epic, chasing Liquid through Africa to get back Metal Gear.
