Everyone responds differently. Plus you have to consider he may not have encountered the learning curve that delays most peoples' gains (i.e. wanting to just curl and bench and actually expecting results from that) and gotten down to business immediately.

And once again you have a point because Ive been lifting for 2.5 years but my first year was a fukking waste I had no clue what I was doing until I started reading stuff on the internet etc so you have a point

His delts look defined under his t shirt even when he was skinny.


My Delts blew up from Newb gains when I got back in the weight room, but what I`m referring to is 3D looking delts, Kid is too heavy and too dry. NFL players with that amount of muscle mass aren't that dry.

Are you saying he's abnormally lean for his height and weight? I've seen much larger at that height (pause)

Naturally to get to a certain body fat you sacrifice lean body mass and you appear "flat" if that makes sense. The kid is too dense and dry to be at that Body fat % yet have the amount of mass as he does. Pro athletes aren't that heavy when they are at low body fat and many of them are the top 1% of genetics and still juice.

Yeah now that I take a closer look, I think he's done at least, one cycle or something similar, breh is a little too defined, definitely can't shyt on his hard work.

Its really tough to say because of the lack of perspective. Can't really tell exactly how big he is there. Has his weight been posted? If he is over 190 at that leanness, then I would say almost 100% he is not natural. I'm sorry people....but lets stop being fooled. You all know the reality of the shyt yet you still put on the blinders and WANT to believe. People acting like the fact that he is in Ghana must mean he can't get a cycle? Or peptides? Or pro-hormones? Legit HGH alternatives are one-click away and not that expensive. Pro-Hormones are as easy as shyt to acquire and perfectly legal. But I'm supposed to take people's word for it?

How many people on this forum look even remotely close to this guy? (let me help..the answer is ZERO) Do you guys think he works THAT much harder than you? Do you think his Ghana diet is superior to yours? Do you think his Ghanian Black genes are that much superior to your American Black genes? I aint even trying to be a hater, I want to believe it too. But how many people here have tried to diet down to sub 10% bodyfat (a TRUE number, not a guesstimate). That shyt is not easy, and at the levels that this guy is at (6% maybe?) that is not maintainable whatsoever for the long term. Perhaps his photo shoot coincided with a contest preparation? Maybe he did a full sodium/carb depletion and then a load for the photo shoot? Nobody walks around that big and shredded. I'm sorry, they don't.

Need to see his weight though before I would be willing to take a true stand on it. Everything about his shape screams not natural though. His shoulders, quads, his hard dense muscle, his incredibly low BF%.

the fact he can order wrist wraps from Rogue Fitness, as basic as that may seem is a red flag dude has enough knowledge to find forums and look up roids. I'm not Anti Roids but dudes gotta stop being naive, lol you have dudes that say they are 180-190 yet have more lean muscle mass than NFL players.

First of all, thanks for replying in such great detail, you're definitely one of my favorite cats in this section of the forum to hear from, because you're an extremely knowledgeable cat.


Now regarding his usage of drugs, while I do think his physique is possible, it kinda rubs me as improbable due to low body fat percentage.

Honestly, his size isn't too abnormal, I actually flexed with out a shirt on the mirror, and I had a rather striking resemblance,( no ducktales, my pics in this forum arent hard to find) minus the low body fat percentage.


I think what comes down to is duke was preparing for a competition like you mentioned, and probably took a diuretic, which worked as a catalyst to the form the low bf. But this is by no means a sustainable 24/7 physique, without taking a ride on the bike.

Also I'm a little over 5'8 and weigh 180....

I'm guessing for him to be natural and cut, he'd be around,.the low end of 170...

You know....I was about to post "this confirms it" but first off that 194 lbs needs to be clarified as either his walk around weight or his weight at contest-levels of bodyfat. And secondly, I looked at the pics again and I just don't think I would be comfortable labeling him not-natural without proof. I would have my doubts, and if I had to bet money I would say not-natural, but it is not out of the realm of possibility that he is natural if he happens to be part of the 1% genetic elite

breh ive seen people turn to beast in two years and the fact that he confirms he has only been working out for 2.5 years proves my point. You are truly under estimating the time of two years. If someone works out 6 days on one off they can reach more goals then your typical 3 on 4 off. And calorie counting is a good method but its not necessary. And with portion control u do not count calories at all. Your just eat clean foods breh. There's proof behind it and i posted the video of it as well. There's books for it as well. I dont talk out my ass breh. I dont calorie count and i've made very nice gains. So again, it's not necessary to count calories. Its just a universal way. And i wouldnt neg a breh for different opinions. Not that i can anyways

I believe he's natural. The food he eats take so long to breakdown, that his body always has a source of energy so he will keep growing. Most people in the west don't eat food like that, so it would take longer for them to grow. Plus, he's in a hot land so the excess food that the muscles don't use would be burned off to keep the body cool, and that keeps his body fat low.

Why you think black men back in the day used to look so brolic compared to others in the south? They used to eat thick ass grits, pork chops, or fried fish for their breakfast. Plus they did manual labor and it was hot so they had a more muscular look then men do today but, even in some southern parts where they still eat that soul food, you can see the men are much more muscular naturally then men in the north or west coast.
