Most people don't see these types of gains because of the processed crap they eat, lifestyle and related stresses, lack of consistent and restful sleep etc I think that there was a thread here about jailbirds being cut, this guy could be in a similar or equally conducive environment.His first time touching a weight he claims was September 15th 2011 so he got all these gains in 2.5 years?
Everyone responds differently.
