I never once mentioned my arm, you illiterate degenerate punk. I specifically called out my bicep and even said that my triceps grow fine. I'd ask if you're stupid but we both already know that you are.

Think I'm getting old, once the new year hit my knees started going crazy and I can't squat without pain

All them powerlifters in the Masters+ divisions can do it, then so can you. :stopitslime:



- Get some knee sleeves to keep your knees warmed up;
- squat more than twice a week to get in more practice;
- film your sets and/pr squat in front of a mirror and ensure you going to at least parallel;
- make sure your toes are pointed out 15-20 degrees and not straight ahead;
- make sure your accessory work addresses your muscular weak points;
