I been on it for two months already:mjgrin:changed my protocol yesterday so I can reliably do 6 days a week without worrying about recovery. Stopped going to sleep at 12:30 and in bed by 11(gonna push it to 10:30 asap).

I ate two big cheesesteak last night and woke up with the flat stomach:lawd:still got a ton of work to do. Gonna do every other day cardio for a month and kick it up late march. I wanna be out with my girl with my shirt off all Summer.

You can realistically drop 20 pounds in three months. Intermittent fasting mixed with Keto and HIIT cardio will drop that weight off of you like crazy.
To add... 10 sets of barbell curls, tricep push downs, and lateral raises EVERYDAY will get your arms dramatic results. Just don't go too heavy so you don't hurt yourself... Make certain you get enough protein and throw in some creatine for recovery.

Okay. Y'all goin too far w/ the shyt now lol. He doesn't put his gun on a counter to intimidate or rape hoes. He was saying he keeps a pistol on him, but when he fukks he puts his gun on the woman's nightstand, and in turn I guess they may get intimidated or thrown off (maybe cuz they don't see that shyt everyday idk). because not everyone lives in the gym like an athlete or bodybuilder. people have jobs and cant maintain that muscle concentration.

i could do a before and after shot of a 100 push ups and show you in practice what i mean.

you increase muscle constantly through the 21 days nothing hard to fathom about that. i will even go as far as to say you dont need gym or even weights in this 21 days period. just push ups and pull ups, all day all night.
