Yea if all this covid stuff is over by summer it will be wild. Brehs you have 6-7 months to get ready no excuses.
People have a lot of pent up frustration and will to party. If youre not on go by next summer you LOST. bytches will be thirsting over in shape brehs.

Strength is back. cleaning up this diet before April. Once April hit going to get the morning consistently 5 days a week instead after my workout. first 2 weeks at 30 mins then at 5 mins and continue in that trend. probably going to max the cardio at to either 45-50.

Loss 20 pounds over the past 2 months

biggest thing... one meal a day and I cut out my weakness Fries

also added in walking 2 miles a day while at work., walk a mile before work and a mile at lunch ....

can stress causes to stop gaining weight and muscle

i had alot of stress lately but i keep working out 5 times a week

basically 20 min per day

Been dropping weight since the end of last year after my weight ballooned to over 260.

My issue is I have large amount of muscle and I can’t resistance train like I used to, so it’s lots of walking (4-5m) or biking (10m).

Been logging my food and have a calorie limit of 2200, which I easily stay within. I’m down 14 by not changing much more.

It’s not super fast, but I used to power lift and know the crazy diets that I can drop quicker but they won’t maintain the weight loss. One meal a day, intermittent fasting, etc are good for a quick goal but not sure they’re the best for a long life of eating right.
