From the "plausible, but total conjecture" file:

On the broadcast of UGAg vs GT the announcers openly asked if PJ would retire after this season, referencing a recent interview with Jeff Schultz. I was immediately like "huh?" and finally Googled something up in the AJC when PJ signed his latest contract extension through 2022. He told the AJC he didn't think he'd reach the end of that contract before he retired. As in regardless of W/L he wants to retire before 2022.

So why would Nate Woody, DC at Appalachian State, leave to take on a total shambles GT defense for a HC he knows has no more than 4 years left max when he has a terrific defense at App State and a HC destined for bigger jobs soon?

*place tin foil on head now*

Nate Woody came over as DC to ease the transition for the program so that Scott Satterfield can lean on his defense 2-3 years into being converted before he has to swallow the painful pill of wholesale change in offensive personnel that will likely lead to a VERY bad offense for at least 2 years. Those extra 2-3 years allow AI2020 to also be completed which includes a host of facilities improvements, a huge endowment increase, increased recruiting staffs and budgets, and more. Everything lines up almost TOO well.

Breh Stanford is miles away from Tech :francis:

If you not getting a stem degree theres no reason to go for Tech :francis:
But he's got the experience needed to coach at an institution requiring a tough academic schedule. He recruits in ATL a lot as well. He would be perfect

Not even true. I went somewhere, I just didn't make it close to big. SAT scores was shyt, played Basketball where I was admitted, i wasn't good at in terms of potential. Still got an partial offer. Baseball would have been my best sport. I had the measurements and the natural talent once I grew into my body. I was a speed/vert guy. My shytty body control in the air, with small hands and shyt first step fukked me for Basketball even though I had some skills. Not to mention same wingspan as height. That's a killer for hoops. Measurements matter. Coordination wasn't all that either. Went from shyt to okay, he looks good at this which isn't cutting it for Basketball. Just keeping it real.

All sports got different frames and sizes it looks for. What you need for a possession WR is not the same as what you need for a CF in baseball. My measurements, leg strength, speed, power I can generate, and feel for the game would have made me a superstar in baseball even though I was somewhat raw in other aspects of the game at 17. I to this day think I had elite Baseball talent. I wish I wasn't such a troublemaker in school. My damn coach wanted to fight me saying I don't take shyt serious and wasting all my talent as if I am Josh Gordon. I still didnt give a fukk but ole well. Learned the hard way.

Sad to see CPJ go, his games vs the Canes were always fun & interesting to watch because of that tricky option offense. On the flipside, Tech's defense has been horrible the last couple years.

If they get a good coach, they just might be another pain in the ass for UM to deal with:martin: These nikkas could win the ACC just off scouting the Atlanta area

Of course the ATL
I’d be scared if I was the ACC, Atlanta is a hotbed for talent and black culture if there running a real offense (no shade) they can get back to some relevance

Tech is irrelevant in Atlanta. Dawgs run Atlanta and any other flagship SEC/ACC school has a bigger presence than Tech does in its own city. They aren't willing to spend to compete at the level needed to be a true threat in the ACC...bullshyt offense aside, Paul Johnson is the best coach Tech could ever have hoped for, its gonna be hard to find a coach better than Paul Johnson for them and I despise both him and Tech

BTW Tech is going to be awful next year

damn your coach literally told you :francis:
I liked fukkery. One time I had seven different write ups at one time
Pull the fire extinguisher
Started a school bus riot which eventually got me banned from the school bus altogether
Got kicked out of class twice in one week in geometry
Got in an argument with my Spanish teacher and called her senora dork
I cant even remember the other shyt but I the vp was the ad and just gave me a warning.

A nikka went back to class literally walked in like

Walked in that bytch like, I had seven writeups.

The teacher smiled like, what did you get :mjlit:

I looked at the bytch like... a warning

She was like :mjcry::mjcry::mjcry::mjcry:

I went and sat down like :troll:

You see me around my coworkers and folks act like I would never even curse as a child but little do they know the boy was a tyrant.

That said, i paid a heavy price. I just teach young nikkas to do it right. I fukked up so many good opportunities because i wasn't ready for it. shyt, I was suppose to run two big races for the region meet and I saw it as a opportunity to play the PS2 and fukk everyone in the region up in Madden 03  Tommie Maddox bytches! I used to tell nikkas the stats, talk to nikkas like SAS while doving every nikka in the region. Missed my races but Bettis won my races
