I think all of game of thrones is trash. How you have a fantasy show with Dragons and Ice people but no other fantasy elements? Where is the Sorcery? Goblins, Elves etc. Whats the point in barely dabbing a pinkie toe into the genre? Might as well get rid of the dragons, and treat it like straight historical fiction. show more comparable to HBO's Rome, than lord of the rings, and yet they have dragons flying around. Never got into because of that.

They took all the magic out when they made the show. There’s a lot more weird shyt that happens in the book. All the Starks can warg like Bran could in the show for instance. Arya wargs into her wolf and hunts Freys every night. Jon is called out immediately for being warg and part of the reason the wildlings trust him. He will probably live a “second life” in Ghost. Caitlyn Stark gets resurrected by Beric Dondarrion as a monster lady and starts hunting lannisters and freys. Dani does half of the shyt she does because she’s constantly getting cryptic visions. Remember the goofy pirate Euron from the show? In the books he’s a pirate sorcerer with blue lips and a magic eye and he might be able to summon krakens if George ever completes the next book.


Dragons are probably the most logical thing that goes down in the books compared to everything else.

Got was a soap opera with a dash of fantasy. Be like 1 or 2 episodes a season involving white walkers/dragons

No random at all, its a different genre for 90% of the show then suddenly goes all fantasy.
