In fact French are latino due to their latin heritage in Europe BUT I assume that people think Haiti is not concerned as latinos in America because it represents a minority compared to the vast majority of Spanish speaking countries and Brazil in south america

And because it's very black. People don't think Latino and black can be mutually inclusive.

Frankly the outrage is justified. But there needs to be a larger castigation from within the Latino community. All of the Latinos who protested at Standing Rock (and there were many), all the Latinos who kept yammering on about Trump's racism toward the judge in his University case...all of these people need to condemn this shyt.
