As a SC fan, I would love for him to stay for a few more years. I think it's pretty clear he is a piss poor coach.

Bad seasons happen. Only fans who are calling for coaches heads are the ones who aren't realistic, which are typically the johnny come latelys who only came around when team got good or when expectations are high.
It's like the OU fans who consistently call for Bob Stoops to be fired after we lose or play poorly. Nobody who is a longtime OU fan is really thinking like that.
Yeah 2-10 is bad, but Auburn is not even 2 seasons removed from a national title. If you believe he took you to the national title(even tho Cam did that), then you have to give him a chance to rebuild at least 1 more year. If he was black tho, he'd be gone.
If OU went even 5-7 he'd be gone. 2-10 is not bad, it is HORRIBLE. Realistically Auburn should NEVER go 2-10 with the talent they recruit.

1. think about how many 5* recruits come in and never pan out.
2. you're not gonna land a Cam Newton type player year in and out
3. the gap is closing in cfb. I can look at the physique of Oklahoma St players, or Texas A&M players, and it's not the same caliber of athlete as they were 10 years ago.
4. You're not gonna recruit the top players every year, so you have to make due.
If a coach did the same thing in a bad season that he did when he won the nat. title 2 short years ago, then what's changed?
