Generation X been new this, but as it's always been no one cares what we think. So we generally don't give a fukk and KIM, because ain't no sense in crying and complaining. Ain't no body coming to help or save you.

Gen Z is just like their Gen X parents...naturally rebellious in their young years and willing to go against norms. They're also similar in that they're a bit more conservative than you'd expect....hence Trump trying his damndest to get the young men of all colors on his side.
Boomers = Millenials....in that, they'll have the responsibility of steering the culture and the ship. It'll be interesting to see how Z contends with the Millenials children, Gen Alpha.

It's only because X is one of the smallest cohorts (population wise) ever. They have an outsized impact on culture...think about our favorite athletes, rappers etc. and a good deal of them are Xers.
Kamala would be the first Gen X president...Xers have always had cultural influence but lacked the numbers for political influences compared to Boomers and now Millenials.
Big thing holding X back is also their greatest strength = self reliance. The latch key generation had to be independent. Good for helping individuals accomplish cool shyt but not so good for working as a collective.

It’s dumb to act like everyone is still living with their parents. And it’s even more dumb to ignore that the price of everything has gone way up while salaries haven’t increased at the same rates and completion for jobs is more intense than ever.
If people are staying at home, it’s not because they’re lazy. It’s because circumstances outside their control have made it incredibly difficult for them to move out
