Honestly, this is the era where White folks proved they were scared of competition because they are getting outclassed left and right.

So they voted to nuke it for everybody, take their ball and go home.

If you're a white college grad, you're competing against people who may be fluent in multiple languages, have more experience working internationally, have gotten extra certifications and got hooked up with volunteer opportunities as a result of the community they belong to.

They don't want that competition because they know they'd get smoked so they just want to ban others from having access to the opportunities. It's like how they're putting tariffs on cars made from other countries to force us into buying overpriced shyt here while the rest of the world gets cheap decent quality cars. They're too p*ssy to make a better or cheaper car so they just want to shut the door to all competition and jack up the price.
