I'm working a profession that is lucrative and enjoyable. They have to make me take vacation days!! I 'work' about 20 hours/wk. in the field on salary and subcontract with local utility companies when I feel like it.....

I have a BA. in Mech. Engineering that I paid for outta my own pocket just so I could train more Black people in my profession with less interference.
On the side, I repair PC's. A hobby that generates income steadily.
I am neither a 'fakkit', 'ignorant', 'bitter', nor 'working my ass off'.
You sound angry. Must be about time to pay your rent.
What's the minimum amount I need to invest and how long do I have to wait for a return?its true fam
i be giving dudes actual financial models and investment memos i've built...telling them to use them s guides and to come at me with their ideas so that if i intro them to people in my firm they can show their skills. unfortunately nobody's done it
i used to sit in my bed room in hot ass summer days without AC teaching myself how to do financial models, research stocks, and shyt; it led me to where i'm at today
these young bucks just aint hungry enough and entitled a lot of the time
I worked in the high end AV industry. I installed home automation systems in mansions along side most trades (HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, etc) The number of trade jobs are small, their pay is not keeping up with inflation, and they are forced to retire earlier than STEM grads due to the effect the work has on their bodies. Again, its "Learn to Code 2.0" Its just a meme comment. It can work as personal advice to an individual, but as I've written many times prior, there aren't enough trade jobs to suffice a fraction of the workers looking for viable careers.
All that and you still renting
Do you have dementia? Where in my post was I stunting??? I’m just noting the fact that I’m building myself up for a good future, since you think every gen z nikka don’t work for some reasonBecause I want to. Don't need/require all the space or hassle of a house.
You're still trying to 'stunt' and keep failing.
Do you have dementia? Where in my post was I stunting???
You’re right about everything you saidThe way to bypass this is to pool money/build with family. But that’s WHY they introduced SOCIAL MEDIA. To condition the average person to become HYPER NARCISSISTIC and be on some “I’ll do it on my own” to DETER people from thinking this way.
It’s OVER!
If I took it to far that’s my bad, I ain’t saying you a failure you got a whole ass degree in engineering, so it’s obvious you smart but you showing ignorance in this thread. There’s gen z nikkas living though this shyt, and literal data spanning through the years showing that shyt is rough out here and getting gradually worse, yet you’re blind to the shyt because of the era you grew up in.Every single post from you trying to put me down, and failing, including this one.
The Labor WarsThere's a conspicuous effort to keep the history of labor rights in this country under wraps as well as to hide stories of successful slave escapes and revolts.
Most people don't know who Lucy and Albert parsons are or anything about John brown or the Maroons. They don't want people growing up learning about the times where people have fought back and were literally killed because they wanted to be treated like human beings instead of livestock.
Now, we’ve had a spirited back and forth on other topics today but this I can agree with. I’m the same way. My time in the military made me a nomad and I love that lifestyle. I don’t plan on ever getting married again and planting my flag somewhere sounds depressing. I love moving every 3-4 years.I have NO reason to buy a house.
People don’t know that riots are a part of American tradition. Not saying do them, but they eventually happen over herePeople need to real their history books again.
