As a lover of the franchise, I read what you wrote. I think you're talking about the Queen who is a major part of the trilogy. If you was talking about her, then yes, you said way too damn much and you should know better

I was hoping 4 restored that feeling I had for Gears 1-3 but it's not doing it for me for some reason. Which is weird cause it plays damn near exactly the same.

I've played up to act III part 3 in the SP and at this point this is much better than the first GeOW in terms of balance,combat and level design. I beat the Gears remaster last week on hardcore with no co-op help and that shyt was a fukking chore. In G4, whenever I die I feel like its my fault and you can see how you can play certain scenarios better whereas G1 on hardcore felt like cheap ass trial and error bullshyt that would punish you for not playing like a bytch. G4 lets you play it how you want.
