There was a free giveway by Alienware for 1 month of Gamepass but the keys were limited. It's finished now.

You can still join Game Pass Ultimate for $2 for two months and get Gears early(Friday.)

Preload is September 5th now instead of the 6th

Those of you who preordered the Gears 5: Ultimate Edition or are a part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you'll be pleased to know that the early-access date has been moved up to September 5 at 9 PM local time. For example, North American early access will begin at simultaneously at 9 PM EDT, 7 PM CDT, and 6 PM PDT. This means that you'll be able to play the game a few hours early because it was supposed to launch on September 6 at midnight.
