Is Talya a young version of Melisandre in the room with Queen Alicent and Larys Strong? :jbhmm::patrice::ohhh:
Remember, she was hundreds of years old and wore that necklace to make herself look younger.

If that’s true that’s dope af :wow::wow::wow:

I wouldn’t be surprised. She’s 400 years old. It would be implausible for her to spend four centuries in one place. And the way she talked in Game of Thrones was like somebody that’s been there before but obviously couldn’t say when.

They spent an inordinate amount of time on that one maiden, you are probably right....

I don't know why some of you guys are looking at this show from Westerosi norms. I'm not from Westeros, I don't give a shyt about their norms. People in here calling b*stards nasty like they're actually disgusted with the idea. Like your sisters ain't got a bunch of little b*stards running around as well :mjlol:
Rhae's whole arch is based on breaking norms. fukk their oppressive society, I don't fukk with their rules.
Be a good uncle to your b*stard nephews and nieces :stopitslime:

If Alicent was smart she would have taken up the offer to wed their kids together. What's important is power and influence, not 'what is right'. Tying the families together means the child of their children would have both of their blood and thus they would have equal influence over the future ruler. It was actually an incredible offer. Really, Viserys should have hopped his crippled ass up and said that as king he commands it. They're his children as well. That would have put an end to everything. Alicent is really just on some petty shyt. It's no longer about putting her house in a more influential position, she just wants to go to war and push Rhae out of the picture because she's jealous and resentful. She's losing the plot.

Another thing you guys are overlooking is that Rhaenyra has a male heir now, so to the realm her position is even stronger than it was before. All the worries about "a woman shouldn't sit the throne" are dampened a bit because Jace is looked at as the heir and future King.
Also, even if it was never made a secret that they were b*stards, once Rhae becomes queen she could legitimize them any time she wanted. There is precedent. I don't know if it happened with the Targaryans, but I'm sure other houses have had legitimized b*stards become lords in the thousands of years of history.

Yeah but then the next episode, Visery gets persuaded to remarry and try for a son again.

His aspiration for a son should had ended when he made it official that Rhae is his heir. The brewing conflict is really his own doing
Exactly, makes me think of all the conflicts throughout history that were caused by a bone-headed leader not thinking twice about their actions. The naive dumbass indirectly sentenced at least one side of his family to death, by not thinking of the implications of naming Rhae heir, and then remarrying and having a son

Laenor getting sonned left and right ''I do believe he has a father's nose'' :skip: ''Keep trying, sooner or later you may get one that looks like you'' :skip:

Rhaenyra is really out in these streets

After 10 year's Cole is still better and now a full-fledged red piler, I bet he listens to Westeros: Fresh and Fit :mjlol:

Alicent is now twisted by anger, but she is still a naive little girl :francis:

Can't believe that wack ass Viserys is still around

C’mon breh. It’s not Westorosi norms. If a woman was running for high office and it came out that her three kids were not her husband’s but that of a co-worker, she would be done.

Meanwhile Hershel Walker with multiple outside kids is running neck to neck with a pastor. :heh:

Trump had how many divorces? A twice divorced woman who fukked and settled a lawsuit with a pornstar would be ostracized from society if she tries to run for president.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Dany placed duty above all else. That was literally a convo between her and DVD Dario when she got ready to leave for Westeros. She told him he wasn't coming even tho she loved him. She told him that she had to find a husband to marry to build an alliance. Dario then offered to be her side piece! She told him nah :camby:

He literally wanted the same setup that Cole and Strong were offered and Dany said nah. So that proves my point right there:yeshrug:
People have to shyt on Dany to defend her ending.. Dany didn't do shyt wrong until season 8.. It was absolutely crazy cause she was literally always trying to do the right thing
