So the Game of Thrones we watched was like a history repeats itself kinda thing. Where on Robert's death bed he names Ned to rule until Joffrey is of age but Cersei ignores the wishes of the dying king and puts Joffrey on the throne immediately and chaos ensues. From what I gather this is essentially what pops off the internal war in House of the Dragon.

I got HBO max, they got subtitles for their trailers. He says "corburn" baratheon or something like that.
But let's look at the shiet in real time:
1. Robert baratheon was a young muscle bond man when he bent the knee, does that look like a you to be a young muscle bound man?
2. The king that he bent the knee to, was not the king in the trailer.
3. The king that Robert bent the knee too, already had two sons before he had a daughter. The first son was an adult with two children. There be no need for the show.
