Nah, it absolutely IS victim blaming. Gabby basically said dressing modestly and being "classy" will prevent rape - which anyone with common sense should know by now isn't the case. This is FURTHER solidified by her stating that dressing provocatively "entices the wrong crowd"; i.e., rapists. All this shyt is, is a bullshyt argument that harkens back to the idea that "men can't help themselves".

She didn't say anything about prevention in her tweet.

I just find it ironic when people talk about victim blaming then tell NFL or NBA players they shouldn't be out at certain time because, "nothing good happens after 12."
