Women are equal.....until its time for them to have personal responsibility. Society coddles women's decision making like they're kids. No one can stop a predator from being on the bullshyt, but women have to do their part. Its no different from not wanting a clown to break into your car so you don't keep valuables in plain sight. I don't think Gabby was being singular in her statement. And in this world of twitter outrage, I think context was lost. She simply said "women, we have to do our part too". Simone Biles gets huge praise and acclaim from everyone. I agree that black women often have to compete with white women in sports but this is just not one of those times. I think you are using this as an excuse for sexual assault.
