There’s some weird crusade against GAAS even tho those games are by far the most popular and economically successful style of game.
Every genre of games has flops. None of these canceled games were that good or popular. No reason to keep them going.

yeah all games have expiration dates.. but those old games you can still at least play. Once these gaas's go offline thats that for the vast majority of emI mean most game have an expiration date. In fact the majority of old games folks are playing are via emulation.
Why? Because they stopped making the game and the OG consoles and the warranty periods are over.

Destiny is the only GAAS I GAF about. The rest can die slow for all I care. If Infinite gets single player content I'll be right back, but Destiny takes most of my gaming time and it would take some monumental game to change that.bruh

Destiny has enough changes each season and each expansion that it works.
The game is incredible. Grindy as hell at times, but it just is. It's good Halo with RPG elements, tons more weapons and superpowers.

People actually have been talking about big single player new IP’s flopping lately. Gotham Knights, Mario & Rabbids, Callisto Protocol, Forspoken, Midnight Suns, etc. you just haven’t been paying attention.
